Update # 2

Worked on a small update!

- Worked on making the racket smaller.

- Edited the racket sprite

- Slow down ball speed so the racket clips through the ball less

- Have a cooldown time of when the racket can hit the ball

- Make player sprite smaller so it's harder to get hit

- Add FX when ball hits brick or bracket

- Fix Issue where brick will break as ball is transitioning to the next level
